This Role

We are hiring an Operations & Fulfillment team member to join our growing company. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday.

We’re obsessed with delivering an experience that wows our customers, from the first time someone comes to our website to when they receive their package. Our fulfillment team ensures every order is beautifully packaged in a hand-crafted experience.

About you

• 2+ Years fulfillment experience, such as working in retail operations or in a warehouse
• Optimistic attitude and solution-focused approach
• You do what’s right not what’s easy
• You thrive in an independent work environment
• You’re energized by a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail…
• You feel a sense of responsibility to carry projects and tasks to the “finish line”
• Strong communicator
• You like wearing multiple hats
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
• Physically able to work on your feet for 6 hours a day
• Must be vaccinated and boosted by start date
